Personalized sweet 16 heart shaped sign made on teal wood and customizable base color

Get a personalized sweet 16 heart shaped sign made with a customizable base color to adorn your room or have as an alternative to a sweet sixteen party guestbook.

Customize your background - the example shows a teal background with natural wood lettering, but you can select any color from the samples shown. If your selection is different from the example, please add a note when ordering.

The sweet 16 sign is made on a 1/8" thick wooden board made of Baltic birch wood and the lettering is also made of wood that is 3D. Select your size at checkout, the example is shown in 19"x17.5".

Please note that the stain options have a transparent quality, so the wood shows through, while the rest of the options are solid colors. 

The heart comes with a conevnient hanger for easy display in your room.
