How do I add details for personalization for guest book orders and custom signs?
Simply add a note in your cart when ordering with your personalization details (there is a section on bottom left hand side of the cart "Add a note to your order"). If you don't leave a note, please send us a message send us an email ; if an order is submitted with no customization details we will get in touch to request the customization within 24 hours of the time the order was submitted.
How long does it take to make my custom order?
Our personalized items are made to order and typically production takes up to one week (5 business days), however during busier seasons the production time may be extended. Please check shop announcements at the bottom of the page for most current production times. If your order is time sensitive, please get in touch to find out our current production time.
Can you rush my order?
For last minute orders we can try to accommodate a rush request, but please get in touch to ensure your items make it in time. We also strongly recommend getting a shipping upgrade for a speedier shipping.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping on orders over $99 (USD), the free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. We ship our guest books and wooden signs from Canada.
For orders under $99 the shipping rates are as follows:

US$4 for orders up to US14.99

US$9 for orders from US$15 and up to $35

US$14.99 for orders of US$35-$98.99
All rates are displayed in US dollars.
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. Regular shipping typically takes:

5-9 business days to the US

1-8 business days to Canada (depending on province - we ship from Ontario- so shipping within Ontario and to Quebec typically takes 1-3 business days, the rest of the provinces slightly longer)
Shipping upgrades are also available in your cart for urgent orders.
***Please note that Christmas and other holidays affect regular shipping times, so shipping may take longer than the estimates shown. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for carrier delays, which are completely out of our hands. Consequently we cannot offer refunds on personalized items that don't make it in time due to carrier delays. To ensure timely delivery, please submit your order ahead of time. Contact us if any questions or if your order is needed urgently. We will do our best to rush urgent orders and prioritize production to ensure you get your item in time.
Please note that customs, duty charges or sales tax, if any are the duty of the buyer. For orders shipped to Canada and the US there are NO customs and duty charges.
Do you provide tracking?
We can provide you with tracking details for most packages, kindly get in touch if you have specific questions about the shipment method we use. All upgraded shipping options come with tracking number.
Do you ship to other countries?
We currently only ship to the US and within Canada.
Where are your guest books and signs made?
All our items are made in our Canada based studio with great care and quality materials.
