Shipping policy

We currently only ship to Canada and the US. Please note that most of our items are made to order due to their personalized nature, which means that we require a production time, this varies depending on several factors including the type of item ordered and season. Typically we should have all items ready to ship within a week of ordering. If your order is urgent, kindly get in touch as soon as possible to see if a shipping upgrade is necessary and we will do our best to prioritize your order. We will provide a tracking number for most of shipments, you will receive a tracking number once the order ships.
What are your shipping rates?
We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $99 that ship to the US or Canada.
For orders under $99 the shipping rates are as follows:
• $8 for orders up to $45
• $12 for orders of $45-$98.99
All rates are displayed in US dollars.

How long does shipping take?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. Regular shipping typically takes:
• 5-9 business days to the US
• 1-8 business days to Canada (depending on province- we ship from Ontario- so Ontario and Quebec shipping typically takes 1-3 business days, the rest of the provinces take slightly longer)
Shipping upgrades are also available in your cart and we strongly recommend these for urgent orders.
