By purchasing any of our products you agree to our shop policies.

Returns: we only accept returns for non-personalized items- you are responsible for return shipping- we will refund the cost minus the shipping paid. For all personalized/ custom items we are not accepting returns but please get in touch with any questions or concerns.

Please note that we cannot be held accountable for shipping carrier delays. The items we make are personalized for your event only with your details and color requests and cannot be repurposed. We will prioritize urgent orders and ship as soon as possible, but please note that we cannot offer a refund if an item is delayed. Carrier delays are not something we have control over. 

Cancellations - we can only cancel if notified within 1 hour of placing your order.  Cancellations submitted after this timeframe cannot be honoured. The buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe.
